37 KILLED AS BUSES COLLIDE IN BORNO

This report just in states that At least 37 people died while several others sustained injuries in an accident involving two 18-seater buses (Hummer) along Maiduguri/ Damaturu highway in Kondugua Local Government Area of Borno State.

 VOP news gathered that the accident happened around 10:00am  Today

The Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) in Borno State, Utten Iki Boyi, confirmed the incident saying he counted 37 corpses aside those who got burnt.

You will recall that a similar occurrence occurred along the Abuja Lokoja highway today where about 17 Lagos-bound passengers got burnt to death and a few others with various degrees of injuries.
