Veteran actor and chieftain of the Labour Party, Kenneth Okonkwo says there is no crisis in the party.

SpeakingĀ on Channels Television on Monday, he described the Lamidi Apapa-led faction of the party as ā€œpoliticians not worthy to be mentioned with regards to the Labour Partyā€, adding thatĀ the parallel leadership should not be seen as legitimate.

This came after the Labour Party Presidential candidate, Peter Obi in a televised interview denied that he was never arrested, neither was he detained nor did he commit any offence.

He, however, disclosed that what transpired at Heathrow Airport was just a normal routine check that is required of UK immigration.
