Gombe State Police Command on Tuesday paraded Mohammed Aminu, resident of Tudun Wada quarters, Gombe and Salisu Sa’idu, while attempting to collect their balance of N300,000 ransom from the victim’s family.
According to the Command’s Public Relations Officer, ASP Mahid Abubakar, this was after the gang had received a N100,000 transfer as proceed after kidnapping one Jibrin Muhammad from Taraba State.
The Police Public Relations Officer disclosed that one of the gang’s members, Sa’idu, was arrested in Kano by a team of the State Criminal Investigation Department upon the launch of an investigation.
