The Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC) has announced that efforts are underway to restore electricity supply to parts of the Central Area of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
In a statement released on Thursday via its official X (formerly Twitter) account, AEDC informed affected customers of the situation.
“Dear valued customers in Diplomatic Drive, Bolingo Hotel, Cool FM, and surrounding areas, we regret to inform you that the current power outage in your area is due to a technical fault,” the company said.
“Our technical team is working tirelessly to restore supply as quickly as possible.”
AEDC also thanked customers for their patience and understanding, and reiterated its commitment to improving service delivery.
