AGAIN, EFCC RAIDS BUREAU DE CHANGE OPERATORS OVER NAIRA FALL

Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission on  Tuesday raided the foreign exchange black market located at Wuse Zone 4, Abuja and arrested the Bureau De Change (BDC) operators who have their offices in the area.

The BDC operators later returned to their base shortly after the EFCC operatives had left.

You will recall, The Central Bank of Nigeria had last week announced a plan to redesign higher naira notes to curb inflation and since then, EFCC operatives and other security agencies have been keeping eyes on the market.
