Association of Anambra Town Unions (ASATU) Youth Wing on Saturday, December 14, 2024 held their maiden Youth Development Award which took place at ASATU Hall, Government House Awka Anambra State.
The President General of the body, Comr Ken Okoli while addressing the press immediately after the ceremony stated that the event was to encourage the youth to participate in the development of their respective communities.
While handing the award certificate to some of the chosen Youth Role Models from the 179 Communities in the state he commend them to assist the respective youth bodies is community development enthusiasts in identifying problems facing their communities and partnering with the government to address them.
He equally eulogize Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo CFR for being the champion and catalyst to the revival of developments across the state through Public, Private, Community Partnership (PPCP).
The Star Role Models will be celebrated by ASATU at a later date according.
