The highlight of the week was the official launch of the 1 Million Anambra Digital Tribe by Governor Soludo – a bold initiative to equip one million persons in Anambra with digital skills, connecting them to opportunities in the global digital economy. This marks a pivotal step toward building a resilient, tech-driven future for our state.
Key Highlights and Impact of AIW2024:
✅ Youth Empowerment: From career conferences to workshops and hackathons, our youths gained critical digital skills and hands-on experiences to position themselves as problem-solvers and innovators.
✅ SME and Government Transformation: Tailored sessions focused on leveraging digital tools to drive transparency, service delivery, and economic growth.
✅ Startup Acceleration: The Battle4Solutions competition, with a ₦100 million prize pool, showcased and supported scalable, tech-driven solutions to real-world challenges.
✅ Policy and Partnerships: AIW provided a platform to advance initiatives like the Anambra Angel Network and launch programs aimed at fostering innovation and entrepreneurship.
