In a bid to foster collaboration and strategic planning across various agencies, departments, and ministries, Governor Chukwuma Soludo has initiated a two-day retreat for members of the state executive council ahead of the new fiscal year.
The retreat, taking place in Awka, brings together all executive council members and mayors to address pressing issues, share best practices, and set a vision for the future.
With the theme “Changing Gear, Accelerating the Execution of the Solution Agenda in 2025,” the retreat focuses on tackling key challenges and outlining what will be new and different moving forward.
During the opening session, Governor Soludo emphasized that the retreat serves as a moment to reflect on the progress made so far in achieving the administration’s roadmap, as outlined in the manifesto.
The governor highlighted that 2025 will be a critical execution year, despite any challenges, with the goal of coordinating efforts to deliver results like never before. He urged the team to work together as one, aiming to showcase their progress to the people of Anambra.
