To the teachers he said, ‘the education system has changed. The focus is now on the students and not on the teachers.’ He challenged them to put in their best at work and remain in prayer even as they discharge their duties.

More so, the Cardinal called on the parents and guardians to stand for their children and wards in all situation and be for them towers of strength. He equally urged them to avoid destroying their kids with negative words since such words damage their mindset and diminish their morale.

In furtherance, the Cardinal vested the new students with their school uniform and charged them to dispose themselves for the formation which they have come to receive. He equally initiated the latest graduates into the alumni body of the college. Addressing them, he congratulated them for the feat they have achieved and urged them to hold high the morals they gathered as students of AUSTICA memorial college.
