The President Muhammadu Buhari has condoled with family, friends, and associates mourning the death of former Inspector General of Police, Mustapha Balogun.
He also mourned with the Nigeria Police Force, an institution he said Balogun spent the better part of his life serving.
Buhari’s condolence message is contained in a statement signed by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina
