Chika Ike Denies Ned Nwoko’s Paternity Claims Over Her Child/Vop

Nollywood actress Chika Ike has dismissed rumors suggesting that Senator Ned Nwoko is the father of her child, stating emphatically that she has no interest in polygamy.

“Ned isn’t the father of my child, and whoever else you might come up with later in your guessing games… I’m not about to be anyone’s seventh wife! Polygamy isn’t for me,” Ike wrote on her Facebook page on Tuesday.

Speculation over the paternity of Ike’s child has intensified in recent weeks, particularly after Regina Daniels, Nwoko’s wife, deactivated her Instagram account—fueling further rumors of marital issues.

However, Nwoko issued a statement denying any involvement, branding the claims as false. Ike, in her response, also reiterated that her private life remains off-limits.

“I’ve been pregnant for months now, and no one had a clue until I announced it. And now, you think you’ll figure out who the father is? Very laughable and clueless,” the 39-year-old actress stated.

Ike emphasized that she has no intention of addressing baseless speculations, noting that she only responded because the rumors involved her child.

“My privacy is my peace, and no one can unsettle me. I’m basking in the euphoria of my pregnancy, and that’s all that matters to me now,” she added.
