Chinese Firm Shanghai Jianhang to Invest in Anambra State/Vop

A Chinese company, Shanghai Jianhang Investment Co., Limited, has expressed interest in investing in key sectors of Anambra State’s economy.

The Chairman of the company, Mr. Yizhong Peng, disclosed this during a meeting with the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Professor Solo Chukwulobelu. He commended the entrepreneurial spirit of Ndi Anambra and emphasized the company’s commitment to fostering investment and strategic partnerships in the state.

Receiving the delegation on behalf of Governor Chukwuma Soludo, Professor Chukwulobelu welcomed the investment interest and assured them of the state government’s support. He reiterated the administration’s commitment to partnerships that will enhance economic growth and bring tangible benefits to the people of Anambra.

The proposed investment is expected to boost development in various sectors and strengthen economic ties between Anambra State and China.
