Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has granted permission to the Department of State Services to detain the former Kaduna train attack negotiator, Tukur Mamu, for 60 more days.
The presiding judge, Justice Nkeonye Maha, gave the ruling todwy in response to an ex-parte motion moved by Ahmed Magaji, counsel for the DSS.
You will recall that Mamu was arrested at Cairo International Airport on September 6, 2022, on his way to Saudi Arabia for lesser Hajj.
Following Mamu’s arrest, the DSS on Thursday raided the residence and office of the terrorists’ negotiator in Kaduna.
