A new Resident Electoral Commissioner, Professor Gabriel Yomere, has assumed duty at the Independent National Electoral Commission, Cross River State.
He took over on Thursday, November 10, 2022, from Alalibo Johnson, who was redeployed to Rivers State.
According to a statement on today by the Head of Department, Voter Education and Publicity, INEC Cross River State, Anthonia Nwobi, Yomere was among the 19 newly sworn-in RECs on November 3, 2022.
