Davido Celebrates Cousin Tunji Adeleke On Political Appointment In Osun

  Davido has congratulated Tunji Adeleke, his cousin, over his recent appointment as chairman of the local government service commission in Osun.

 Tunji’s appointment was announced by Ademola Adeleke, the state governor, in July.

 In his congratulatory message to his cousin via Twitter, Davido described Tunji as “a leader”.

 The music star said he believes the politician “will do well” while also showing his support for him.

 “Congrats @Tunegee on your emergence as the Chairman local government commission Osun state,” he wrote.

“You are a leader and you will do well. We are at your back.”

 Tunji Adeleke is the son of the late Isiaka Adeleke, a former governor of Osun and a brother to the incumbent governor of the state.

 In July 2020, Tunji completed his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Adeleke University.

He also disclosed how he spent ten years studying at four different universities.

 “Finally! Took me 10 years and 4 universities. Started back in 2010, took breaks in-between for various reasons, completed 2020,” he had said.

  “I am a living testimony, it is not how fast but how well. Congratulations to me.”

 In October 2022, he announced the completion of his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
