The unfortunate report of the death of Eight persons while two others sustained injuries following an auto crash in Plateau State on Saturday.
The state Public Enlightenment Officer of the Federal Road Safety Corps, Peter Longsan, confirmed the death due to the crash to correspondents today in Jos.
According to him, the road traffic crash occurred along Jos-Lamingo road on Saturday afternoon around 3:10 pm.
The Public Enlightenment Officer, advised motorists to maintain safe speed, pointing out that excessive speed accounts for most deaths and serious injuries whenever road traffic crash occurs.
