Fidelity Bank Plc has announced a new initiative to empower entrepreneurs across Nigeria with advanced digital tools aimed at streamlining operations, enhancing productivity, and driving sustainable business growth.
In a statement released on Monday, the bank said the program aligns with its ongoing commitment to digitally transform the country’s small and medium-scale enterprise (SME) sector.
Under the Fidelity SME Empowerment Program (FSEP), the bank will provide 100 growth-ready entrepreneurs with a comprehensive suite of digital tools. These include a POS desktop system, ERPRev software access, receipt printer, barcode scanner, and inventory management tools.
Participants will also receive business training and support, branded Fidelity POS devices, and onboarding assistance — all at no cost.

Commenting on the initiative, Osita Ede, Divisional Head of Product Development at Fidelity Bank Plc, said research shows SMEs experience exponential growth when they adopt digital solutions.
“As Nigeria’s leading SME partner, we are walking the talk by providing free digital toolkits to our customers. This is in line with our mission to help individuals grow, businesses thrive, and economies prosper,” Ede stated.
He added that the bank’s dedication to SME development reflects its broader vision of fostering economic inclusion and building a resilient business ecosystem across the country.
As part of its World SME Day 2025 celebration, Fidelity Bank also granted entrepreneurs free access to its flagship SME Hub in Gbagada, Lagos, and hosted a mentoring session specifically for female business owners.
