ILORIN – Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, has congratulated the Executive Secretary of the Kwara State Primary Health Care Development Agency, Dr. Nusirat Elelu, on her promotion to Professor of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Ilorin.
At just 44 years old, Professor Elelu is reportedly the first female professor of veterinary medicine in Kwara State and the youngest in Nigeria to attain the rank.
Governor AbdulRazaq described her achievement as well-deserved, attributing it to her brilliance, dedication, hard work, and exemplary work ethic in leading the state’s primary health care agency over the years.
The governor wished Professor Nusirat Elelu good health, a long life, and continued success in both academia and public service.
