
Yesterday, the Governor visited Nomeh in Nkanu East Local Government Area to commiserate with his Senior Special Assistant on Media, Uche Anichukwu, and his family during the funeral and celebration of life for his late mother, Senior Mother in Israel, Josephine Anichukwu.
The late Mrs. Anichukwu was widely regarded as a dedicated educator, a nurturing mother, a supportive wife, and a respected leader within both her community and the church.
Renowned for her impactful teaching career, she instilled knowledge and discipline in many, leaving behind a legacy of academic and moral excellence. Her influence as a teacher was evident in the numerous tributes from those she mentored.
Beyond her contributions to education, Mrs. Anichukwu was recognized as a woman of great industry, unwavering faith, courage, and discipline. She left an enduring mark through her exemplary life and service.
The Governor expressed his condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for the eternal repose of her soul, asking God to grant them the strength to bear the loss.
