Greatest President in Nigeria’s History” – Seyi Tinubu’s Bold Claim Sparks Controversy

Seyi Tinubu, son of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has ignited a fresh wave of controversy after declaring his father the “greatest president in the history of Nigeria.” The statement, made during a youth gathering in Adamawa State, has fueled heated debates across the country.

In a viral video that surfaced on Monday, Seyi passionately defended his father’s leadership, lamenting ongoing criticism of the Tinubu administration.

“They keep coming for me, they keep coming for my family, they keep coming for your father, they keep coming for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the greatest president in the history of Nigeria,” he declared.

His remarks did not stop there. Seyi claimed that his father had done more for Nigerian youths than any other leader in history, asserting that Tinubu had “created a platform for young people to fly” and built an economy that “benefitted everybody.”

The comments have since sparked mixed reactions, with supporters hailing the praise as well-deserved while critics dismiss it as blatant propaganda amid ongoing economic hardship.

Seyi Tinubu has recently been active in northern Nigeria, distributing food items and engaging with local communities. Earlier in March, he participated in a Ramadan fast-breaking event in Kano alongside the state chairman of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), Hashimu Dugurawa.

While his efforts to connect with the people continue, his latest remarks have only deepened the political divide, leaving many Nigerians questioning whether his father’s presidency truly lives up to his bold claim.
