GUNMEN ATTACK OYO STATE POLICE STATIONS TWO FEARED KILLED

There is palpable tension in Iganna, a town in the Iwajowa Local Government Area of Oyo State, following a deadly attack on the police station in the community.

VOP News gathered that the attack, which happened on Tuesday night, was carried out by some hoodlums.

A source in the area told correspondents that the incident had triggered anxiety in the area.
The Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Adewale Osifeso, when contacted, disclosed that the police had begun investigation into the incident.
