Helicopter Crashes in Lagos

In a tragic development, a yet to be identified Helicopter has crashed in Ikeja, the Lagos State capital.

The aircraft burst into flames near the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, MMIA, which was its destination.

Though two people believed to be the pilots of the helicopter were rescued, it is not clear how many passengers were on board the ill-fated chopper.

Responders from the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) are currently on ground to monitor the situation
