I Stand With Tinubu’: Cubana Chief Priest Declares 2027 Reps Ambition

Popular nightlife entrepreneur and socialite, Cubana Chief Priest, has officially declared his ambition to contest for a seat in the House of Representatives in the 2027 general elections, while expressing his support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

In a statement to the press, Chief Priest said his political decision was inspired by a desire to contribute to national development and represent his constituents effectively at the federal level. He added that his alignment with Tinubu reflects his confidence in the president’s vision for the country.

Speaking during his announcement, Chief Priest highlighted his commitment to youth empowerment, community development, and economic initiatives aimed at improving the lives of his constituents. He also called on Nigerians, especially young voters, to actively participate in the democratic process.

Political analysts say the entry of high-profile personalities like Chief Priest into the political arena reflects a growing trend of celebrities and influential figures seeking elective positions, leveraging their popularity to mobilise support.

The aspiring lawmaker urged political opponents to focus on issue-based campaigns and promised a transparent and people-centred approach if elected.
