The President-elect Bola Tinubu, vowed not to disappoint Nigerians.
Tinubu said this after President Muhammadu Buhari conferred him with the National Honour of Grand Commander of the Order of Federal Republic, GCFR at the Presidential Villa in Abuja today.
He thanked President Buhari for conferring the national honours on him and the Vice President-elect, Kashim Shettima, who got the Grand Commander of the Niger, GCON title.
Earlier, the president handed three key transition documents to the president-elect in line with Executive Order 14 mandating the transition council to issue handover notes containing, amongst other things, proposed policy direction to the incoming administration.
