Ahead of Saturday’s governorship election in Imo State, the Inspector General of Police, IGP, Kayode Egbetokun, has disclosed plans to redeploy the State Commissioner of Police, Mohammed Barde.
The IGP explained that there have been allegations against Barde, hence the need for redeployment.
He spoke while featuring on the ChannelsTV programme, Peoples Townhall, on Sunday night.
The police boss also cautioned criminals to steer clear of Imo, Kogi, and Bayelsa State on Saturday.
