Dr Nasiru Idris, Governor of Kebbi State, has sacked his Special Adviser on Youths for posting homosexual content on his Whatsapp status.
The post made by the aide, Babangida Sarki, generated condemnation on social media.
Reacting, a statement issued on Kebbi State Government’s official Twitter page said that the sack of the S.A. was a sequel to an indecent post he made on his WhatsApp status.
The statement said the Governor was enraged by the obnoxious development, adding that the aide trampled on the moral and social ethos of the Kebbi society, which is largely Islamic
