The Kenya Police Service is expected to hasten plans to extradite Nadeem Anjarwalla, the Binance executive who escaped from Nigeria’s custody this week.
According to government sources who spoke on the condition of anonymity, the fleeing executive will be handed over to the Nigerian government by the International Criminal Police Organisation within the week.
You will recall that following his scape from custody, the federal government has been on Anjarwalla’s trail, tracing him to Kenya from where he was nabbed.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, the International Criminal Police, the Nigeria Police Force, and the Kenyan Police Service have deepened talks to quicken Anjarwalla’s extradition.
