The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal has adjourned the Labour Party’s case against INEC, APC and others after all the parties reached an agreement for the postponement.
At the hearing today, respondents moved for an adjournment of the matter to May 17 to enable all the parties to file and serve the necessary processes.
The presiding judge, Justice Haruna Simon Tsammani therefore granted the applications and adjourned the hearing till later in the month.
