Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has disclosed that the government was reviewing the Property Law of Lagos State 2010 and the Rental Law of Lagos State 2011.
He stated this at the just concluded 5th Lateef Jakande Housing Lecture Series Organised by the Real Estate Developers Association.
According to Governor Sanwo-Olu, the government plans to protect the interest of investors and end users in the state through the review.
The Governor explained that the future is here already and it could be projected that the generation of the future will require smaller smart homes.
He added that the state was planning to strengthen collaboration with neighbouring states to harness the potential of their vast land resources to resolve its housing challenges.
