Lagos — Social media went into a frenzy after Nigerian music star Davido reportedly tied the knot with long-time partner Chioma, presenting her with a wedding ring valued at a staggering ₦459,603,000.
The extravagant gesture, which trended nationwide within hours, has sparked heated conversations about love, money, and expectations in relationships.
In Lagos, several women allegedly ended their relationships, citing their partners’ “lack of seriousness” or unwillingness to “step up.” Some reports even claim that a few marriages hit the rocks as wives used Davido’s lavish gift as a benchmark to challenge their husbands.
