 Millions of users across the globe are facing major disruptions as Microsoft Outlook and Hotmail services go down.

The outage, which began late on July 9, has left users unable to access their emails via the web, desktop, or mobile apps.

Microsoft has acknowledged the issue, pointing to a problem with mailbox authentication infrastructure, and says engineers are working urgently to resolve it.
