The Federal Government is seeking partnership with the sub-nationals to build capacity and expertise towards the realization of Potential benefits from bilateral agreements reached recently with countries and development partners.
This was at the 17th Community of Practice meeting of Commissioners for Budget & Economic Planning
The meeting is looking at the State of the Economy, capitalizing on Opportunities arising from recent bilateral agreements between Nigeria and some Countries.
