Aloy Ejimakor, the special counsel to the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, has insisted that the Biafra agitator is not a terrorist.

Ejimakor argued that Kanu is the leader of legions, and people will never give up till he is set free.

He pointed out that three courts won’t award a terrorist monetary compensation and an unconditional release.

You will recall that the IPOB leader has been detained by the Department of State Services, DSS on the orders of the Nigerian government since his arrest in Kenya in 2021.

Despite court orders granting the IPOB leader freedom, the Nigerian government has refused to release him.

On Monday, IPOB accused the DSS of denying Kanu access to visitors amid his deteriorating health condition.
