The President-General of the Non-Indigenes Welfare Association in Anambra State, Chief Ikechukwu Ugwoke, has praised Governor Chukwuma Soludo for fostering a conducive environment that enables seamless business operations for residents, including non-indigenes.
Speaking to the Anambra Broadcasting Service (ABS) in Awka, Chief Ugwoke lauded the hospitality and accommodating nature of the people of Anambra State. He assured that non-indigenes residing in the state would continue to contribute meaningfully to its development while cautioning members of the association against engaging in actions that could tarnish its image.
Commenting on the recent launch of Governor Soludo’s Operation Udo Ga-Achi security initiative, Chief Ugwoke described the program as a timely and commendable effort to restore investors’ confidence and bring hope to the populace. He emphasized the importance of viewing the security of lives and property as a collective responsibility for all residents.
Chief Ugwoke reiterated his association’s support for Governor Soludo’s efforts to ensure peace, security, and economic growth in Anambra State, urging everyone to contribute positively to these goals.
