The candidate of the All Progressives Congress in the 2021 Anambra State governorship election, Senator Andy Ubah, has condemned the attack on Senator Ifeanyi Ubah and his convoy.
Ubah, who represents Anambra South Constituency in the Red Chamber and also running for re-election in 2023 on the platform of Young Peoples Party, was attacked on Sunday while returning to Nnewi, his home town from a function.
In a statement on today, Uba said the attack was uncalled for, describing the maiming and killings as acts alien to Igbo culture.
He called on the government to do the needful by bringing peace and sanity to the state.
