The Oyo and Ogun states Police Commands have deployed tactical teams on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway over the recent incessant kidnappings on the road.
The development is followed by the commands’ move to restructure and remodel their security architecture.
According to a statement by the spokesperson for Oyo State Police Command, SP Adewale Osifeso, today, the command will leave no stone unturned in ridding the state and its environs of undesirable criminal elements.
Osifeso, therefore, urged the public to always reach out to the command in cases of emergency through their control room numbers.
