The Political economist, Professor Pat Utomi has revealed that the presidential candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), the Labour Party (LP), and the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) have joined forces to establish a formidable political party aimed at ousting the All Progressives Congress (APC) in 2027.
The professor disclosed this in an interview with Channels Television yesterday.
He stated that it will be a clean start as Nigeria is yet to have a political party since 1999 but instead has managed to create platforms that enable machine politics to grab power, usually for state capture.
