Mr. Obiora Ifoh, the Labour Party’s media and publicity secretary and an aide to the party’s presidential aspirant, Peter Gregory Obi, expressed confidence in the party’s prospects at the Presidential Election Petition Court. It’s no secret that Peter Gregory Obi, the Labour Party’s presidential aspirant, has been in court since May 8, seeking to nullify the victory of Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential aspirant, in the recent presidential election.

Mr. Ifoh confidently asserted that they are confident of securing victory at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal. He shared this viewpoint during a question and answer session with SUNDAY SUN. When queried about their plan of action if the judgment does not align with their expectations, he responded by assuring that they are confident of success and emphasized that the tribunal is not the final court.
