Protest broke out in Asaba, the Delta State capital, over the just concluded presidential and National Assembly elections.
In a video making the rounds on social media this morning, youths in their hundreds were seen chanting the name of the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi.
The voice behind the video noted that the protest was happening live in Asaba.

When contacted the Police Public Relations Officer in the state, DSP Bright Edafe said he wouldn’t call it a protest but policemen have been drafted to maintain the peace.
