Reaffirming My Commitment to Leading APC to Victory in Anambra/Vop

Yesterday marked a significant milestone for our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Anambra State, as we commissioned our new state secretariat, strategically located opposite the Government House in Awka. This event was a powerful demonstration of our party’s strength and unity, with the National Chairman, Alhaji Dr. Umar Ganduje, PhD, OFR, leading a distinguished delegation of the National Working Committee (NWC) alongside several governorship aspirants.

As a three-time governorship aspirant and a dedicated pillar of APC in Anambra, I, Engr. Johnbosco Onunkwo, was honored to stand among fellow party faithful, reaffirming my unwavering commitment to our shared vision for a greater Anambra. Through all the political storms and shifting tides, I have remained steadfast in APC, never defecting since the early days of the Action Congress (AC), later the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN), and now the APC. My loyalty to this party has never wavered, and I remain resolute in ensuring that APC emerges victorious in the forthcoming governorship election.

I seized the opportunity to commend the leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, a true beacon of hope for APC members in Anambra. Under his administration, I am confident that our party is now better positioned to reclaim the leadership of our dear state. I also extend my heartfelt appreciation to Hon. Paul Chukwuma for his immense contributions in securing a befitting secretariat for our party. His efforts have provided us with a solid foundation as we prepare for the challenges ahead.

Our National Chairman, Dr. Umar Ganduje, reaffirmed the party’s commitment to fully integrating Anambra into the national political framework. He made it clear that Anambra can no longer remain on the political sidelines, and with our collective effort, we are prepared to take over the Government House in Awka.

The commissioning of the APC state secretariat is more than just a physical achievement—it is a symbol of our party’s growing momentum in Anambra. It is a call to action for all party members to unite, strategize, and work relentlessly towards victory. Together, we will strengthen APC’s foothold in Anambra and secure the future we envision for our people.
