Rep Urges Students to Stay Focused as New School Term Begins

Mr. Sanni Okanlawon, Member of the House of Representatives for Kosofe 1, Lagos State, has encouraged students to stay dedicated and focused as they begin the new academic term, urging them to pursue excellence with determination.

In a statement released to the press on Monday in Lagos, Okanlawon emphasized the importance of discipline, hard work, and perseverance in shaping the future of students.

“As we begin the new academic term, I warmly welcome all pupils and students from Kosofe Constituency 1, Kosofe Local Government Area (LGA), back to school,” he said.

He highlighted that education is the cornerstone of a prosperous society and expressed his hope for guidance, protection, and wisdom for all students as they resume their studies.

Okanlawon reaffirmed his commitment to prioritizing education within his administration, stating that efforts would continue to improve educational infrastructure and create a learning environment that aligns with modern educational standards.

“Education is a top priority for my administration, and we are committed to enhancing infrastructure, supporting teacher welfare, and providing the tools necessary for our students to succeed,” he stated.

He concluded by expressing his belief in the collective effort needed to create a brighter future for Kosofe Constituency 1.

“Once again, I welcome you all back to school and wish you a productive and successful term,” he added.
