The entrance to the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC headquarters in Jos, the Plateau State capital was barricaded by soldiers this morning due to ongoing re-run elections in the state.
There has been a heavy military presence outside the INEC building, with armed soldiers blocking the gates.
