The competition, which started last year across all the zones in the state, had various partner schools contesting for the grand prize.
The grand finale of the singing competition was held at ASUU Secretariat, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. The schools that emerged winners in their various zones participated in the grand finale. The prizes went to the various schools that emerged winners as follows:
1. Mater Christi Secondary School, Awada, Onitsha, the overall winner of the 2024 Foreign Languages Singing Competition, went home with N700,000.
2. St. Kizito Girls’ Secondary School, Umudioka, which emerged as the 2nd overall, went home with N400,000.
3. Rosa Mystica High School, Agulu, came third and took home N300,000 in prize money.
