Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, has promised the people of South East massive economic development and a forward looking government that would assuage the past difficulties people of the region had been enmeshed in.

Speaking yesterday at a town hall meeting with leaders of the private sector and trade associations in Owerri, the Imo State capital, the APC standard bearer said based on his experience and the lessons learnt, he understands the challenges traders, business owners and people of the South-East are going through.
Addressing the issues raised by the Ebonyi State governor and other development challenges of the old Eastern region, Tinubu recalled his experience as a son brought up by a mother who was a trader and market leader
