Tinubu’s Daughter Warns Lagos Market Women, Don’t Let Your Children Be Killed

Folasade Tinubu-Ojo, the Iyaloja-general of Lagos and daughter of President Bola Tinubu has urged traders in the state to prevent their children from participating in the planned nationwide protest set to begin on August 1.

Speaking at Dosunmu market on Saturday, Tinubu-Ojo stated that the Lagos state government has made substantial progress in improving the lives of its residents.

Reflecting on the aftermath of the #EndSARS protests in 2020, Tinubu-Ojo cited the destruction of government properties and the long-term recovery challenges faced by businesses as examples of the adverse effects of protests.

Tinubu-Ojo urged families to discourage their children from getting involved in protests and urged Lagosians to remain calm and support the state government, which she claimed is working diligently to enhance the well-being of its people.
