TROOST-EKONG HAD PICKED UP INJURY AND WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR THEIR SECOND GAME DURING THE INTERNATIONAL BREAK

After picking up an injury that saw him ruled out of Tuesdays international friendly against Algeria, Super Eagles vice-captain, William Troost-Ekong, has wished his teammates all the best game against the Desert Foxes.

 The Watford defender picked up the unfortunate injury in last Fridays 2-2 draw against Algeria Team B at the Mohamed Hamlaoui Stadium in Constantine.

The Nigeria Football Federation on Saturday confirmed that Troost-Ekong had picked up an injury and would not be available for their second game during the international break.
