Two persons died on Tuesday while six others sustained injuries in an accident along the Lagos-Ibadan expressway.
VOP News gathered that the lone accident, involving a Toyota Hiace bus occurred around Car Park C on the highway.
This is barely 24 hours after two persons died in an accident on the expressway.
The Spokesperson of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) in Ogun State, Florence Okpe, confirmed the incident to newsmen in Abeokuta on Tuesday.
She said the lone crash was caused by speeding and loss of control.
She said that eight men were involved of which six were injured and two persons were recorded dead.
Okpe quoted the state Sector Commander, Anthony Uga, as advising motorists to drive with stipulated speed limit in order to avoid crashes.
