UK Foreign Secretary Calls Missile Attack a ‘double Defeat’ for Iran

The UK Foreign Secretary David Cameron have told journalists that  Iran suffered a “double defeat” after its attack on Israel failed and it showed its true nature to the world

Cameron calls on Israel to be “smart as well as tough”, as it considers its response to Saturday night’s attack

He also insists the UK’s efforts are focused on ensuring a pause in fighting and getting aid into Gaza

The UN continues to warn that famine is imminent in parts of Gaza, and has repeatedly called on Israel to allow adequate supplies of humanitarian aid into the region

UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres has said it’s time for the war between Israel and Hamas in Gaza to “step back from the brink”
