Hon. Dennis Rowland Ceaser, representing Isiala Ngwa South in the Abia State House of Assembly, has officially defected from the PDP to the Labour Party (LP). His defection follows his recent suspension by his ward after endorsing Governor Alex Otti for a second term.
Ceaser announced his switch during the Assembly’s plenary session on February 25, 2025. His move signals ongoing political realignments in Abia State as lawmakers position themselves for the next election cycle.
