VOTE POLITICIANS WITH CORRUPTION-FREE AGENDA – OLUWO

The Oluwo of Iwo, Oba Abdulrosheed Adewale Akanbi has called on Nigerians to vote for candidates with credible and corruption-free agenda in the 2023 general elections.

Oba Akanbi, who made this call in his new year address to Nigerians, added that the need to restore Nigeria’s glory meant that the manifesto of each candidate with special interest in fighting corruption should be considered.

The address, which was made available by the spokesperson to the Oba in Osogbo Alli Ibraheem today, explained that the decay in Nigeria’s system was occasioned by corrupt leaders and urged the electorates to speak by voting credible candidates with proven track records to ensure a corrupt-free administration.

He expressed optimism in Nigeria and Nigerians, stating that the only bane to the country’s desired growth is corruption.

He urged Nigerians to speak with their votes by rejecting corrupt politicians who are likely to contribute to the country’s woes.

He further expressed the hope that reasonable Nigerians will have the opportunity to place Nigerians on the path to greatness once again with their votes.
